 Zeal Hamilton (Ward Street) is undergoing something of a transformation under new stewardship. It has some very luxurious practice spaces available at various times of day/night at the rate of $30 for two hours. Hey, we are starting up a band, mature end exp jazz, I'm 47 drummer 50, guitarist 45, tidy folk etc...need to now cost and space size, ideally be keen to have a look meet up and so on.
