 A couple of pics from HUP's first show last night at Nivara Lounge. Some great bands played 30 minute sets before an audience of around 70 people. I.E. Crazy kicked off the night with a beautiful set of dark, stark songs which drew you in the more you listened. Man In Rug followed with some seriously delicious post punk/post rock inspired goodness. Ancient Tapes ended its brief existence with some noisy indierock, then Carb on Carb ended the evening with a fantastically energetic selection of tunes from their latest LP, winning over quite a few new fans which resulted in a flurry of activity at the merch stand with T-shirts and CDs in hot demand. Overall a really great night. Thanks to all that came out and had fun!

Hamilton underground press update article that was about the Hup’s first show that was gone be on air on this blog. I have to get the full album along with its track that was at the end of this article it was good to find all this. Leave a Reply. |
